- I am the owner of the select nutrition and training consulting company, Maximum Fitness Consulting. I am also a national level NPC Figure Competitor, I run MF Boot Camps in the Atlanta area, and I am the proud mother of three wonderful girls. Needless to say, fitness is both a passion and a priority in my life. I am inspired by those around me – my family, my girls, my friends, my clients, and my industry – to provide an example of how possible it is to fit a healthy lifestyle into a busy life-schedule. I am an active member of both the NSCA and the ISSN and have earned prestigious certifications in both training and nutrition so that I can continue to provide my clients the latest and most accurate direction in nutrition and training.
